Rose Avila, the Principal Consultant at RMA Consulting, is a highly qualified Strategist and Development Specialist who has a depth of experience and success in producing top performance and quality results in corporate environments as well as non-profit organizations.

Formerly employed by Pacific Bell, Sun Microsystems/ HighSoft, and Time Warner Telecom, she now provides support to clients through her consulting practice. She has worked with community and educational groups as well as all sizes of businesses, helping them focus on their business needs. Prior to her 20 years in the corporate environment, she was an educator teaching at both UCLA and the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

She is involved in community and cultural organizations in San Diego such as the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership East County, Academy of Our Lady of Peace Board, Malashock Dance Board, San Diego Performing Arts League, and Rotary.
